The bustling noise of people going about their day in the lab was almost reassuring Dr. Mike on what he was about to do. He swiftly entered through the doors of the main entrance and flashed his fake ID card at the second set of doors. To his surprise, this ID actually worked. The light on the upper right corner of the door flashed green, and the click of the lock opening was nearly, to a point, satisfying. But he wasn’t here to admire things. He was here for a mission. A dangerous one, for sure, but one he deemed necessary. And what he wanted, he got, that was for sure. That was always how it worked, and that wasn’t about to change.

Dr. Mike was his fake name. His real name was Peter. Peter Marksman. A well known criminal across North America for his doings, like shootings, and more importantly, operations like Arrowhead back in ‘87, where he was to kill a government official to take information for part of his big project. He was found out to be the person responsible for it and ever since then he had laid low, with a fake identity and staying away from crime. This was his first big mission in a while, and as most people would be in a new situation, he was nervous. He wore a mask so that he could hide his fear, and hopefully no-one would be suspicious of him.
