For you, that can mean a new, healthier lifestyle – which starts with better eating and exercise habits. The idea of eating more plant-based food is less intimidating when fruits and vegtables are in season, making them more abundant (and less expensive). And warmer weather outside is an open invitation to take a walk or jog. Dietitians from St. Vincent Anderson Regional Hospital and Community Hospital Anderson recently weighed in on developing healthy lifestyles. CHA’s Teresa Burger notes that spring is inspiring for health-minded people. “Spring time is the time for new beginnings,” she explains. “It’s starting to get warmer outside. People are more energized. They get out and get moving.” 1.
