OF LATINA
An intimate conversation focused on the
diversity of Afro-Latina women and their role
amongst the Latino community of our society.

The 50 Shades of Latina Brunch event held at FAME
Studios brought together many different women with
diverse stories, perceptions and experiences. Sharing
one thing in common - the identity of being Latina or
have somehow embraced the Latina culture - these
women discussed, examined and recognized the
multiplicity within the Latina culture by embracing
the prominence behind race, identity and the cultural
aspects for Afro-Latinas. The vibrancy and liveliness
that took place in the room was extremely touching
and stimulating.
