MADEXXXX MADEUS PRIYA SHAH ALIA DALAL Alia Dalal is a trained chef and TV host who helps people live better by eating sustainable, whole foods is considered a leader in healthy cooking in her hometown of Chicago. Focusing on using affordable, plant-based foods and teaching cooking in an accessible, non-judgmental way, Alia empowers and inspires her students and followers to cook at home.You can find Alia as the guest host of Chicago’s Best on WGN, a Midwest Emmy-award winning food show about local dining treasures. She is also host of Nightcap, a gourmet food web series. As a Chicago creative and entrepreneur, Priya Shah, has directed her energy toward building a network of artists and collaborators dedicated to igniting social awareness and change through art and imagination. Shah engaged in volunteer work in third world countries at a young age which led her to pursue a degree in Accounting & Finance from the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign after witnessing the gap between business and the social sector. Through her studies she pursued international travels in order to continue her understandings of diverse culture and perspective. PAMELA MONTGOMERY Pamela Montgomery is the Founder of Joy Fields for Kids – an organization that acknowledges, serves and gives hope to disadvantaged children from the Chicagoland area. Founded in 2012, Joy Fields for Kids now serves over 400 at risk youth annually and has grown from a simple back-pack program to over 12 programs that serve children, youth and homeless adults.
