Figure out who's got that kinda pitch and indulgence into music. Make a community of at least ten to fifteen such people and then gang up on jamming. You are the ones who will pioneer the sessions. And remember, do include a good guitarist in your group 'cause guitar strings draw people more than anything. Call on your adda. A one you can hijack anytime you want to. The adda should, preferably, be open and the ambience should be comforting where you loosen up and enjoy in your style.

Publicity- that's the success mantra for any new venture. And so is here. Make sure that everyone knows about your session and your adda is assessable to everyone. A notice on college and hostel notice board and some flyers will serve the purpose well.
Crew around the adda and start playing. If possible, arrange a projector at the venue and play karaoke as visuals. This would encourage those people who aren't well versed with the lyrics. Most important of all, keep the environment welcoming, light and friendly. Include everyone. Live it more like a music party than a jam session.
