M E M B E R S H I P Dues Renewal Open at MAA Website Dues invoices for 2019 membership were mailed in mid- November. Dues renewal for 2019 is open online at To renew a membership online, you must use the member’s login. Office managers cannot renew dues for the company or colleagues by using their own personal login. However, compa- nies are welcome to mail a check in one combined amount to cover the dues for the primary member holder and any affiliates. Please just indicate to whom the payment applies. Memberships expire on December 31st. Expired members may still access the website but will be prompted to pay membership dues before registering for events. Change is good! This is the time of year for database changes and clean up. If your contact information or employer has changed, please reach out to me at the MAA office – Reminders about events or recertification are only effective if we’re able to reach you! M A T T E R S Take a moment on your next snow day to update your account. You can modify your member record by logging in and following the link for Update Your Profile under the member tab. Make the changes you’d like and hit SAVE for each section. Service areas and Member Services are located under the GROUP ASSIGNMENT section. Update your service areas and services provided, upload a photo of yourself or your crew or add in a bio for customers to reference.Your member record is a great way for consumers – and other members – to learn more about you. Arbor Day of Service is April 26, 2019 MAA is excited to announce our Flagship Arbor Day project site, Appleton Farms in Ipswich, MA. Together with The Trustees of Reservations, MAA will be coordinating a day of volunteer work, equipment demonstrations and safety training, complete with good food and good friends.
