Yachters who want to clear into the island simply come on land via the Little Bay wharf and proceed up to customs.  Application for clearance can also be made on the regional prearrival notification system called Sailclear located at http://www.sailclear.com/. If yachters do not have access to network to logon prior to arrival there is a computer terminal in the Arrival Hall at the Montserrat Port that can be used to access Sailclear.
