A new ILHA member gives feedback
Tiago Monteiro Milheiro, Director of
Food and Beverage at VIPHOTELS
recently joined the International
Luxury Hotel Association and took
the complimentary Luxury Service
Standards Training Course offered
to new members by the ILHA in
partnership with Lobster Ink. The
module is designed to set and maintain
standards for luxury service in each
department of the hotel and will give
employees a complete understanding
of behavior, roles and responsibilities
to exceed Guests Expectations.

Tiago told us that he was interested in
improving his luxury service standards
and wanted to do a certified course
through an association that was linked
with luxury, quality, excellence, and
high standards in the hospitality
industry. The Professional Certificate
in Luxury Service Standards teaches
the professional skills needed to
succeed in today’s hospitality industry,
where there are constant demands
made of you for outstanding service.
The course is made up of four modules,
with over 50 lessons, which you can
learn anywhere, anytime, on any device
and it is available in multiple languages.
The course covers Food & Beverage
skills and techniques, Benchmarks for
luxury hospitality standards within
each department, Front of House
Training and Housekeeping.
Each Professional Member or, for
Hotel Members, the whole team,
will receive an ILHA certification on
successful completion.
