2. Ganges River.

The Ganges River-also known as Ganga-is the river that flows through India and Bangladesh. This is one of the most sacred/holy rivers to Hindus as religion originates these holy waters from Goddess Ganga and Lord Shiva. Citizens use this water to bathe, for prayer, and immerse the ashes of their deceased loved ones in it to help them find peace. While it may not be wise to take a dip in the rivers due to it being highly polluted, it is awe-inspiring to see how many people travel to the Ganges to seek purification.

3. Bhangarh Fort.

Located in the state of Rajasthan, Bhangarh Fort is believed to be one of the most haunted places in the world. For the strong-willed, this will be a location to visit. No one is allowed to visit the premises at night, and a notice is placed upon the entrance gate. Hindu legend correlates Bhangarh Fort with black magic, believing that a wizard fell in love with Princess Ratnavati of Bhangarh and attempted to use his powers to win her. However, she saw through this, rejected him, and unknowingly led him to his death. With his dying breath he curses her, and it is believed that the ghosts of the princess, wizard, and of those who died during the Mughal invasion reside there.
