1. ADDITIONAL CONSULTATIONS:
One-hour consultations booked in advance.
SERVICE FEES: $200 per consultation or
$1500 for a block of 10 hours
2. IN-PERSON CONSULTATION: LUXE will
send your destination wedding consultant to
meet with you in person in your home city!
Whether it be an initial meeting, or a chance
to review final details, this is an invaluable
opportunity to consult face to face with your
LUXE wedding planner.
SERVICE FEES: $1,000 per meeting +
travel costs
3. COORDINATING ADDITIONAL EVENTS:
LUXE will plan additional functions for your
group, either before or after the wedding day.
Whether it be a welcome cocktail party,
a private rehearsal dinner, a farewell brunch,
or a sunset cruise, we will coordinate all
of the details.
SERVICE FEES: $500 per event
4. NOTARIZED DOCUMENTS: LUXE will
arrange to have passport applications, wedding
documents or any other documents required
by law to be notarized.
5. GIFT BASKETS: LUXE will coordinate gift
baskets directly with the resort and/ or local
vendors on your behalf. We will consult with
you as to your budget, your style and wedding
theme, options available and coordinate that
the gift baskets be waiting in your guest’s room
upon arrival.
SERVICE FEES: $500 + cost of the gift
items & shipping
6. LUXE SURF WEDDINGS IN COSTA RICA:
Costa Rica has a reputation as one of the
world’s most beautiful destination wedding
locations. Aside from its stunning landscapes,
Costa Rica is also a mecca for surfers of all
skill levels looking to catch the next best wave.
LUXE is offering a unique wedding package
that allows passionate surfers to bring both
their wedding dress and their surfboard along
for the adventure of a lifetime!
The a la carte package will include 50 original
surf-inspired offset Couture Save the Dates
or Vintage postcards by Ceci New York,
consultations on the best surf locations in the
area, and coordination of surf rentals
and arranging surf lessons for your group.
