energy around you. Competition is
broadcast via internal television,
so you do not need to miss any of
the excitement.
New for 2015 is The World Cuisine
Summit—a guide to understand
quick-changing food services. It will
be held on January 27 in the heart of
Sirha, and I imagine I will be checking
this out while the preliminary part
of Bocuse d’Or is starting. The WCS
will be overseen by its executive
