as wounded goats sometimes take a final death leap off
the mountain. No way was I letting this happen. After
everything this hunt took, I was not going to let that
happen. I took my 2nd shot and the goat went down
where he stood.
Harvesting animal is always special. Harvesting this
goat was one of the most special for me. The hunt of a
lifetime, the physicality of the hunt, the fact that I am not
really a rifle shot, the weather, and then to capture it all
on camera for television made it even more satisfying.
