BASS COMP
Well done to these two dedicated dads for not
only fishing to raise funds for their children’s
school, White River Primary School – but for
winning the competition!!
Francois Nel (L) and Jchaan de Beer took part
in the annual Fathers Ground Bass competition
at Klipkopje dam (sponsored by Bass Warehouse
Whiteriver) and caught the heaviest bag of
7.050kg (five fish) and the R5 000 cash prize.
The biggest fish they caught was 2.55kg and it
was the 2nd biggest fish for the day.
They fished off a Yamaha-powered Splashbass
boat, equipped with a Lowrance HDS 12 and an
HDS 7 unit.
