The first completely automatic digital depth
sounder, the X-15 computerised chart showing
separate targets, X-16 paper graph recorder, the
LMS range for navigation with menus for
fine-tuning, GlobalMap 2000 the first LCD prod-
uct with GPS, mapping and sonar.
High Definition Systems (HDS) followed with
radar, audio and advanced sonar imaging – then
came DownScan imaging, giving anglers a
photo-like picture of what’s directly underneath
their boat. There’s something for everyone from the afford-
able Hook series, to the standalone Elite-Ti’s, the
multi-functional HDS series and now the amazing
