You do not receive immediate cash back from your Lowrance dealer nor from Lowrance SA - you have to claim your cash back directly from Navico. You will, however, require an official invoice from your Lowrance dealer when you make your purchase… this invoice must include: o Date of the sale (sale date has to be in either October or November 2019) o Name of the product / model (must be qualifying Hook² units) o Serial Number of the product Here’s what you need to do: 1. Wait 28 days! (your claim cannot be lodged within 28 days of the sale. This is to prevent claiming on a returned unit) 2. Go into https://offers.navico.com & fill in the claim form. There will also be a link on our website (www.lowrance.co.za) from 1st October. 3. Attach a scanned copy of the purchase invoice. 4. You will be asked for your banking details, including your bank’s SWIFT-code. A SWIFT code is an international “bank address” that identifies particular banks worldwide. You can phone your bank for the code. 5. Navico will aim to process the claim within 4 weeks. 6. All claims must be submitted before 10th January 2020. Any claim received after this date will not be accepted!
