to congratulate them and
many other prize winners
– including Lowrance-
equipped Greg De Fillipi
with his 21,3kg GT in
2nd place and Nicky
Momberg, third with
a 24kg Yellowfin Tuna.
Greg won a Lowrance
HDS-7 Carbon, a Link
6 VHF radio and other
prizes totalling R96 000
and Nicky’s prizes totalled
R66 000.
Competitors came to check out
the HDS, Elite and Hooks units on
display. We also had our popular
Lowrance fishing apparel on sale
and it was great to see families
decked out in our kit and the
kids running around in their new
kiddies shirts! Steph says they were
hard-pressed to keep up with the
demand. After a rather festive
evening, it was home to bed for an
early start to the competition.
