That evening everyone met in the marquee for the last time for dinner, prizegiving and
the closing of this leg of the World Sportfishing Games 2019.
After a difficult week
of fishing, Spain finally
emerged victorious - the
only country to catch
two Marlin during the
competition. England took
second place with Mexico
in third. (Turns out the
Protea Team came joint-
third on points – they also
released a Marlin during
the week).
