We also want to define who we - LOWRANCE SOUTH AFRICA - are, and
make mention of the various products we stock and sell to our dealers.
We are Lowrance South Africa- the importers and distributors of
Lowrance Marine Electronics and other popular marine products.
Our focus is on providing intuitive products that work. Quality of product
coupled with after sales service and resources ensure our clients of not only
a well-selected purchase, but an ongoing rewarding relationship.
We provide technical support for our entire product range from our Durban
Branch and have area agents/contacts in most provinces that are able to
assist. We are a wholesaler, so we do not sell direct to the public. We supply
many boating, fishing and tackle shops throughout South Africa and some

Our biggest product line is Lowrance Marine Electronics. Lowrance has been a world
leader in the design, manufacture and marketing of high-quality sport-fishing SONAR
and GPS mapping instruments for more than 50 years. Lowrance SONAR products
graphically display underwater information (such as bottom contours and structure,
schools of baitfish, individual game fish, thermoclines, etc.) and are used primarily
by sport anglers as fishfinders, and by recreational boaters as navigational and safety
devices. The Lowrance Marine Electronics product line includes VHF radios, autopilot
systems, radars, gauges, and a marine sound system. We also sell Lowrance clothing-
high-quality fishing shirts, caps, peaks and neck buffs.
