Active Imaging 3D Enhancements include:
• Updated colour palettes to maximize detail and appearance
• Depth Highlighting – in 3D mode
• Easier to isolate specific structure/bottom depths in order to hone in on prime fishing areas
• Select the upper and lower value and 3D will colour inbetween
• Reduced noise in the water column
• Filter out the “vapour trail” left by turbulence off some vessels
AND…. Possibly the most EXCITING new sonar technology coming from Lowrance is the LIVE
sonar feature! It’s what you’ve all been waiting for… A LIVE sonar view of the action underneath
your boat. This new Lowrance sonar technology is called LiveSight- and it will be available
worldwide in February/March 2019. The LiveSight software is already built in to all HDS Live head
units, so you will just need to add the LiveSight transducer when it becomes available next year.
