" My name is Mikala Plotz . I have been involved in the water sports industry basically since birth . My father , Mike Plotz , owned a boat shop and was an avid angler . My mother is Liz Plotz , she is the managing director of Lowrance SA . Both my father and mother were South African waterskiers - I therefore have water sports infused in my blood .
