It ’ s a Lift-Off ! The Spring weekend Boat Shows , held in Johannesburg , were a great success , giving boaters the chance to see some of the latest and greatest on offer in the boating industry !
Several of our enterprising dealers took the initiative and hosted their own shows , at their premises over the weekend .
One of these was Boating International and Director Lisa Levy says they had a good turnout over the three days and were delighted with the resultant sales . “ This Spring Show proved to be a successful venture for us and we ’ re thrilled to get more people on the water !” She added , “ Several first-time boaters responded to our radio adverts and popped in to see for themselves .
They were intrigued by the many family leisure-time possibilities and affordable choices we had on offer . Others took advantage of our fantastic show specials , stocking up on their boating accessories and watertoys – as well as boats , jetskis and Lowrance electronics of course !
“ Skiboaters paid close attention to the Glider 630 skiboat and the Glider 750 Enclosed version drew much interest .” She said . Also popular were the Sunsport and Malibu waterski ranges and others . slideshow
