Matt’s practice focuses on the
representation of companies in
their formation and organization,
venture capital financings,
mergers and acquisitions,
partnerships and limited liability
companies and other general
corporate and securities law
matters. He has extensive
experience designing and
implementing executive and
equity-based compensation
arrangements for private and
public companies. Matt is also CoChair of Procopio’s Beer, Wine &
Spirits Practice Group and has
extensive knowledge of the legal
and business issues facing the
region’s many breweries.
