Who is the Elwa Saleh?
My head bangs against the stars and my heart beats for the moon. My name is Elwa Saleh and I have been a passionate
model for six years. When you do what you love, you learn all sorts of things. I am an MBA student at
California State University, an artist at heart, and a model.

Did you invest in modeling at any point in your career?

I invest in myself every single day. I am the CEO and president of my own modeling career and I love every bit of it.
There have been plenty of photoshoots where I had to buy my own wardrobe, do my own hair and makeup, update my modeling
portfolio, and create comp cards. All of this make up for the best quality representation of my modeling career.
Where are you now living and do you miss being home?
I am currently living in Long Beach ,C.A. and I miss home everyday. I am from Northern California and I make sure that I contact
my family every single day. Although I miss my family very much, living away from them has made me a well-rounded person and
extremely thankful for what I have.
Where are you from exactly?
I was born in Stockton, CA and raised in California and Syria.
What is art to you?
For me, art is a form of conversation. It is about expressing yourself in which words cannot fulfill. It is about being vulnerable and
accepting of all ideas. It is liberating because it allows us to speak what we aspire to be.
