LOS ANGELES FIRM INC MAGAZINE JULY / AUG 2014 to wear those in the summer. They’re more for the winter season. Hopefully this can give you some insight on what and how to put the perfect outfit together and be boho chic at the same time. Chevron print Over the past two years “chevron madness” has been growing, and the summer season is no exception for the craze. The chevron pattern (also commonly referred to as “zig-zag”) is very in right now. Everywhere you turn there is chevron prints. From the Hollywood elite down to the local boutiques, this inverted “V” pattern is the hottest in fashion design and is the latest trend to make waves into every fashionista’s closet. Whether designed as a full-length maxi dress or paired with a bright pop of color, this mod design is what’s in and what’s taking over so many wardrobes this spring and summer season. So if you like this design, girl just follow the fad and fill your closet with a whole lot of chevron. Lace Lace is another kind of trend that gives off that feminine look. Of all of the summer trends this one has to be my favorite. Even though this trend started out in the fall, it has gotten so popular to where people are wearing it in the summer. Lace can be worn in a sweet way or in a way that gives off a dangerous and sexy look. By this being so popular, so many different clothes has been design around it. Bandeaus, dresses, tops, bottoms, and so much more. You name it trust me it’s probably made in lace. Which is unbelievable because until now not many people were interested in “showing some skin.” I guess its because of the sweet touch it gives. If you think lace suits you this summer, give it a try. Denim Denim has to be one of the most basic trends ever. But it has been around for forever. As of today it still has a huge impact on today’s society. The typical blue jean is always a quick dress option. I can’t blame people because denim is a comfortable garment to wear. But since we are in the summer its more on the shorts and skirts side. Because who would want to wear pants during the summer? So if you like to stray on the more traditional side, go for the denim.
