I'm back again, this time for Valentine's day! *showers all the readers with Hershey kisses*
The Selection is awesome to write about for Valentine's day, because of the many ships, and because the Selection is all about romance! The bestselling book by Kiera Cass always has me swooning because the books are just perfect and compelling and so romantic.
I’ve also been wondering: if it was your own choice, who would you pick to date out of Maxon, Aspen, and Carter? I’d really love to hear your responses, so please email them to [email protected]
Remember that I am asking for your personal preference, not who you think America should have chosen.
I know, I know, this question has been asked in the fandom MANY times. And I know that the main answer in the fandom is Maxon. But guys, Though the Selection fandom’s main preference is Mazon, I really think that even if Maxon is a prince who is super sweet Aspen and Carter are equal to him with that kind of stuff too. Here are some reasons I say so.
Aspen may have been portrayed as a villain by “dumping” America in the first book in the slightest, , however that was because he was prideful, and wanted to take care of her, not the other way around. Aspen be able to take care of you, is very loyal, super compassionate, and strong. For all you ladies who like strong guys. wink wink xD. I personally would choose Aspen for the guy I would want to date, he just seems like someone who I would really love to spend everyday with, laughing and cuddling.
Anyway, for Carter, he is just so loving, so caring of Marlee. Like when they were getting whipped (was it just me who cried at that part?), he was saying how he loved Marlee and how they would get through the whipping together. I think that was so sweet, I loved that but also hated it at the same time. Carter is also hardworking, and very friendly to everybody. With his blue eyes and compelling crooked smile, I think that Carter would be a great choice.

P.S. I dunno if there are any fanboys of the Selection, because I guess it's classified as a "girly" book series, but if there is a fanboy out there, good for you! Which lady from the Selection would you like to date? This question is also for the girls who are into girls.
