critical success factors that
makes the care provided by
community nurses of value to
the patients and also to the
wider healthcare system. As
well as requiring superb nursing
skills, this requires a genuine
interest in people, their health
and the community they live in.
This will become of increasing
importance in the coming years
in order to run successful
healthcare systems.
