Remove Internal Timber Supports Timber frames are positioned within the open areas of the lounge to ensure that the roof remains level during the transportation and siting of the unit. It is imperative that the frames remain in place until the connecting of both halves of the ridge is complete. During the siting process the aim is to get both internal timber ridges butted tight up to each other to prevent the roof dipping, any gaps between the ridges must be packed so that when the support frames are removed the roof can support itself without dropping.
