When Cal Dillabaugh started Dillabaugh’s Flooring America in 1982 he did not have any aspirations to become anything more than a means to provide a living for him and his family. He founded the business based on the belief to “treat others as you yourself would want to be treated”. Starting a business out of a small showroom on a street corner in Nampa, Idaho, Cal knew that if he didn’t handle concerns quickly and efficiently, that the business would fail.
It is this philosophy that has been the basis of Dillabaugh’s over the past 30 years. With the growth of the Treasure Valley and the Good Lord’s blessings, Dillabaugh’s has expanded to add multiple locations. Dillabaugh’s now has four locations all staffed with the finest, most upstanding sales and support professionals in the area. The employees of Dillabaugh’s Flooring America are proud to stand by Cal’s motto to “do what is right even IF no one is watching.”
Our goal is not necessarily to be the biggest floor covering store in the area, but to be regarded as a business run with integrity, with quality staff that have the best interests of the customer in mind. Dillabaugh’s is proud to stand on the tradition and beliefs that Cal has instilled since the beginning in that small showroom on a street corner in Nampa.
