There are plenty of signs you’re operating a successful bar. Longevity,
lines out the door, opening multiple locations, so on and so forth.
Another sign of a successful bar? A bar from a city far, far away sues
you. Since it’s the Man Issue, we thought we’d just go ahead and
be assertive early on: Bull****. But, frankly, Edison didn’t need to
be sued to be reminded how solid of a bar it really is. The foresight
to take a corner lot in the near northside (north of Downtown, north
of I-10, east of 45, but south of 610) and design something so well,
from the building to the menus
