TO CELEBRATE THE HOUSTON LIVESTOCK SHOW & RODEO, Third Coast,

Center, has created a special Rodeo Happy Hour Bar Menu. Think
pulled pork sliders, Texas chili, funnel cake cupcakes, even deep-
fried cheesecake. The limited-time menu is perfect for enjoying before

Happy Hour Menu will be offered from 3–7pm Monday through

After two decades of serving New York kosher-style deli sandwiches in
Montrose, Katz’s Deli is putting the ‘new’ back into New York with
a total renovation of their two-story Westheimer location. From
top-to-bottom, the total transformation is already underway and is
slated for completion in early April. Owner Barry Katz has tapped
longtime friend Michael Hsu and his design team to bring a more
elevated look to the dining experience that melds Brooklyn with a
Texas twist and will boast an expanded bar, new furniture, ceiling
tiles, light fixtures and artwork. The menu will also get a make-
over. Staying true to their mantra “Katz’s Never Kloses,” the deli
will remain open during the entire process. Not changing: giant,
