ROCO BRASS QUINTET @ MATCH | ROCO

The ROCO Brass Quintet is a group from within the River Oaks Chamber Orchestra. The
professional 40-piece ensemble founded in 2005 performs throughout the Greater Houston
area championing modern classical music while also performing music from the Renaissance
and Baroque eras, as well as jazz. The ensemble offers a unique concert experience, sharing
the intimacy, accessibility and virtuosity of ROCO. The performance will take place at the
Midtown Arts & Theater Center Houston (3400 Main St., Houston, TX 77002). General

BOOTOWN BASH | Bootown

BooTown creates original performance events that combine the traditions of theatre and
performance art with modern interdisciplinary methods. Their annual fundraiser includes
food, drink and performance, and all proceeds will benefit their performance series including
Grown-up Storytime at Rudyard’s, shadow puppetry and their newest series, Neo Benshi. The
event will take place at the Station Theater (1230 Houston Ave., Houston, TX 77007)

MARFA DIALOGUES: HOUSTON | Menil Collection

Founded in 2010, Marfa Dialogues was conceived as a symposium to broaden public
exploration of art, politics and culture. In 2012, the program expanded to consider the science
and culture of climate change. Ballroom Marfa, FotoFest International and the Public Concern
Foundation bring Marfa Dialogues to Houston in conjunction with FotoFest Changing
Circumstances: Looking at the Future of the Planet at the Menil Collection (March 24) and at
the Museum of Fine Arts Houston and the Contemporary Arts Museum Houston. Admission is
