Construction has started on phase one of the BUFFALO
HEIGHTS DISTRICT, a new mixed-use real estate district located
around the corner from LOCAL Houston on Washington Avenue
between South Heights Boulevard and Studemont Street. The ini-
tial construction will be a new 7-story mixed-use building which
includes a new H-E-B, 230 upscale multifamily apartment units
and three floors of boutique office space. An additional 2,000
sf of retail space is available next to H-E-B.

TITIANIUM TEQUILA, the Houston-based premium liquor, is on track to become
the fastest-growing tequila in Texas! Local Houstonian Robert Tijerina is the founder
and one of the driving forces behind the brand’s success and new partnership with
Republic National Distributing to distribute the luxury brand throughout Colorado,
Florida, Louisiana, Oklahoma and Texas.
Houston-based Titanium has only been on shelves for two and a half years and has
already earned a coveted Gold Medal at the 2014 San Francisco World Spirits,
a 94 Excellent Score in the 2017 Ultimate Beverage Challenge competition.
