Pulaski is a serial entrepreneur with over 30 years’ experience leading technology companies in all stages of development, including start-up, public company, hyper-growth, downsizing and M&A experience. WORK: I love building teams to bring awesome products to market, delighting customers and still finding time to do some coding. FOOD: Other than Tabitha’s cooking, Houston favorites are mostly Asian these days (Yauatcha, MF Sushi, Pepper Twins, Himalaya and Songkran)… plus Café Annie, Arcodoro, weekend brunch (State of Grace, Hugo’s or Cuchara) and the buffalo burger with chili and grilled jalapenos at Bubba’s Texas Burger Shack. PUZZLES: NYT crosswords, Houston Chronicle’s Cryptoquip and Kakuro on Sundays; Letter Soup on my iPhone [I’m not addicted; I can stop any time I want to]; and Stave handmade wooden jigsaw puzzles (a little pricey, but they are works of art) MY (AMAZING) GIRLFRIEND: Tabitha [we’ve been dating over a year now… time flies] BOOKS: Mostly nonfiction. Right now, I’m read- ing Walter Isaacson’s biography of Leonardo da Vinci (thanks, Mom!), but I did just finish Dan Brown’s new novel (Origin), and I do love a great “Star Wars“ novel every now and then. GOLF: You either love it or you just don’t get it. I’m back at GOLFTEC this year to work on my swing. 64 L O C A L | 2 . 2018 FAMILY: Two daughters in high school (16 and 18), plus two parents, two brothers, two sisters-in-law and plenty of extended family, mostly all here in Houston. 2 . 2018 | L O C A L 65
