We may read stories almost daily about how technology seems to be pulling
us apart, but one Houstonian is harnessing the power of technology to bring
people together. Javier Fadul is a partner with Culture Pilot, a creative agency
that concentrates on branding, marketing and design solutions.
“You know, the biggest challenge in Houston is that we are so spread out,”
Fadul says. “Our freeways are enormous. The city is huge. So, we need to
find better ways to bring people together.”
For Fadul, originally from Colombia (he came to Houston in 1996), the idea
of bringing people together exists on multiple levels: co-office environments,
using technology to share the ideas of like-minded individuals and entrepreneurs, and demonstrating that Houston is a place where creative solutions take
hold.
