SOMETHING BIG IS UP

Named as our nation’s new superpower city, HOUSTON is experiencing an
incredible burst of development especially in Downtown, with about 41 projects underway not including the small businesses. From construction
crews to cranes and construction fencing, the expansion is
incredible. One of the most exciting projects? A residential development of
11 properties and about 3,200 units. Add a big boom in the hospitality market – six projects including the much-anticipated Hotel Alessandra and Le
Meridien! And that's not all – Art Blocks, a new public art initiative is a series
of temporary art installations.
