It started in New York City as a hot dog cart, but
times have changed! Welcome to the very first
Shake Shack in Houston, located at the Gal-
leria (across from Yauatcha and The Webster). In
addition to the Shack classics, the Houston Galleria
Shack is servin’ up the Texas-exclusive Lockhart
Link Burger, a cheeseburger topped with griddled
Kreuz Market jalapeño cheese sausage link, pick-
les and ShackSauce. Even sweeter? Five percent
of sales from the Vietnamese Coffee and Donuts
Concrete (vanilla frozen custard, Morningstar COP
donut and Greenway Coffee café sua da marshmal-
low sauce) support Houston SPCA.
