ON OUR RADAR MANDALAS AND MOVEMENT The Watercolor Art Society of Houston will host its second “Mandalas and Movement” workshop/event on April 19 from 6–9pm. Here’s your chance to experience a unique collaboration of Houston creatives, artists and yogis at the WAS-H in the Museum District. The event answers the question: “What is a mandala and how does it relate to the human experience?” A special mandala-themed Vinyasa flow will be taught by Allison Zalkovsky from Black Swan Yoga Houston, and WAS-H member Haley Bowen will teach the art-based mandala workshop. Wear clothes to move in, bring a yoga mat and water. Register for this $10 event at www.watercolorhouston.org/event-2467048. 10 L O C AL | april 17 BATTER UP!
