GREG LOWRY, who has made a mark on the Houston dining
scene at top restaurants ranging from Tony’s to Triniti (where he
was most recently chef de cuisine), has been appointed corporate executive chef for Bradley Ogden Hospitality’s Houston
ventures. In this capacity, Lowry will oversee menu development for Bradley’s Fine Diner and Funky Kitchen – both debuted
in the Washington Heights complex bridging Washington
Avenue and The Heights in 2014 – plus Pour Society, which is
slated to open at Gateway Memorial City later this spring.
The Woodlands is getting a swanky tavern of their
own in April when LOCAL POUR is slated to open at
Hughes Landing. The popular River Oaks restaurant/tavern opens its second location with a larger
emphasis on quality food and hired former Haven
chef/owner Randy Evans as Consulting Chef for
the new location.
DISH SOCIETY, a casual, farm-to-table brand, opened
its second location last month at LaCenterra at Cinco
Ranch in Katy. The restaurant offers local ingredientinspired and chef-driven options for breakfast, lunch,
