Your job is to organise the LMSS Annual Ball in the new year .
What the LMSS Constitution says :
You must run for Annual Ball Sec in pairs , and this position will be decided at the LMSS AGM
1 . Be responsible for the organising of the Annual Medical Ball for all Society Members , including any entertainment and photography for said Ball
2 . Invite all Trustees of the Society , The Honorary President , and The Honorary Life President to the President ’ s Reception and the Annual Medical Ball .
Your jobs will also include :
- Deciding a theme for the night - Producing a budget prior to the event - Organising Sponsorship for the event - Liaising with The Adelphi Hotel - Sorting out the decorations for the venue - Booking entertainment for the night - Having tickets produced - Promoting Annual Ball - Liaising with the LMSS officers - Organising the President ’ s Reception - General LMSS Committee Duties
