LETTER FROM THE
Editor’s Desk
This issue is packed with Wisdom for Wednesday’s and Every Day
of Your Life – by the wonderful Sabrina White as well as my picks
for the must reads of 2018.
Let’s move forward with the mindset that we will change the
atmosphere and our surroundings in order to actually succeed and
accomplish our Godly goals.
Living Wisely,
My friends,
E
very year we start off with hope and excitement – this year
will be MY Year – this year I’ll lose 20 pounds – this YEAR
I will be deft free. Unfortunately for most of us we lose
momentum by March.
My hope is that you will find a connection with the stories in this
issue of Living Wisely magazine that will inspire you to go beyond
annual resolutions.
Our theme for 2018 is ReFuel and we want LW to help you do
just that.
You’ll read about ordinary women who serve and EXTRA-ordinary
God and how He made all the difference in their lives.
Consider Nikki, a Muslim student contemplating suicide and
instead of losing her life she gives it over to Jesus. You’ve got to
read her testimony of triumph and a new life that is full of light.
Then there’s Blair Monique Walker, a thirty something, wife and
mother of three beautiful children. Blair was simply serving the
Lord in song when she was struck with a life changing cancer
diagnosis. She sung about the power of God for years as back
up for some of the most notable Gospel artists but NOW she
needed the same Jesus she sang about to really be REAL in her
life. You’ve got to read about Blair’s miracle!
