Within our two bespoke day support
centres, Age Concern emphasises
focused activity, social interaction and
help to maintain daily living skills
through a wide range of therapeutic
activity programmes and innovative
approaches.
We also operate throughout local
communities supporting people within
their own homes and surrounding
areas with information about dementia
and how to seek help. In short, Age
