Fall is a beautiful time of the year. It's the season of vibrant colors, family gatherings, and wonderful
aromas of home-baked pumpkin spice goodies. You can diffuse essential oils to capture your
favorite seasonal scent in your own home without turning on the oven or burning toxic candles.

JODIE’S CREAMY BLACK BEAN CARDAMOM DIP —Jodie Myers, California
Ingredients:
• 1 can of organic black beans
• ½ organic, ripe, large avocado (or 1 small
• 2–5* drops of Lime Oil
• Water as needed to smoothen
• 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil (optional)
• ¼ cup of fresh salsa
• Fresh cilantro
• 1/8 tablespoon of finely chopped fresh
jalapeño pepper (or less, if you prefer non-spicy)
• 1/3 cup chopped organic cilantro
• Smoked salt to taste & for smokey flavor
• 1–3* drops of Cardamom Oil
• 2–5* drops of Lemon Oil
Preparation:
1. Rinse off the black beans until the water is clear.
2. Add all ingredients into your food processor
or mixer. I use a bowl and hand-held blending
gadget.
3. Blend, taste, add oils, water, and olive oil if
necessary; repeat.

IDEA NOTEBOOK
Put a few drops of essential oil on clothespins and clip them to
the underside of all your floor vents. When your heating or air
conditioning runs, air will flow over the clothespins and your whole
house will smell great! Refresh with more drops of essential oil
as needed. You can also clip the clothespin to your car’s vents.
When you turn on your AC/heat/fan and air comes out of
your car’s vents, the air will blow over and around the clothespin
and circulate the essential oils throughout your car.
AROMATIC AUTUMN
Make essential oil infused autumn centerpieces. Place colorful dry autumn
leaves, pine cones, and small gourds in a clear glass vase or container. Add a few
drops of your favorite fall-time essential oils, and you’ll have a beautiful display.

INTUNE BOOKMARK
What You Need
Directions
• Thick cardstock paper
1. U
sing an X-Acto knife or a box cutter, cut
out the shape of your bookmark.
• Mod Podge with sponge brush (optional)
• Craft canvas tags
• Glue
• Exacto knife or box cutter
• InTune Blend
Note: We cut the bookmark from the back of the old
notebook
2. Decorate your bookmark to your liking.
Note: We cut out and attached essential oil labels
from empty bottles
3. Apply Mod Podge to seal bookmark for
extra protection.
4. Glue on canvas tag to the top of bookmark.
5. Let everything dry completely.
6. Add Intune® to the canvas piece and place
finished bookmark inside the book.
