SUMMER BRUSCHETTA Serve these quick and easy bruschetta spreads at your next summer brunch, or make it a fresh and light snack on those hot summer days. Anciently, the black pepper spice was controlled by traders from southern Arabia. In order to maintain their monopoly on the spice, traders would tell stories of fighting off dragons to acquire the black pepper.
