Days for Girls International provides reusable
feminine hygiene kits to girls and women in developing
countries, and educates and assists these women who
during their menstrual cycle are often forced to miss
school and work due to lack of resources. Days for Girls
International began in November of 2008, and had delivered reusable

kits to 400,000 girls and women by 2015 when the dōTERRA
Healing Hands Foundation announced them as a new partner. In the
next two years, this partnership allowed Days for Girls International
to reach 800,000 girls and women. At this rate, a goal was set to
reach 1 million girls and women by the end of 2017. This goal was
achieved within the first few days of 2018.
