Madagascar
Mobile Health Clinic Project: In 2016, a mobile health clinic was established to provide
10 village communities in Nosy Be, Madagascar, with access to healthcare. It continued to
be available throughout 2017 and traveled to remote locations offering services to those
previously without access.
Nepal
Secondary School Construction: In Rasnalu,
Ramechhap, the secondary school was rebuilt,
due to damage from the earthquake, and ex-
panded for 700 students.
Earthquake Relief Project:
After the devastating 7.8 earthquake
in Nepal in April 2015, the dōTERRA
Healing Hands Foundation® hosted
a matching contribute campaign fo r
relief efforts that raised $636,000.
This donation funded immediate relief
needs including tarps and tents for
temporary homes, as well as long-
term rehabilitation projects, such as
building earthquake-resistant homes
and schools, and constructing latrines.
These projects are ongoing.
