Little Pearls to help you live life well You know the feeling. The little tickle in the throat, a bit of pressure in the sinuses, the sensation that your thinking is less clear than usual. It's never convenient to fall ill, but what can we do when we feel a head cold coming on at the worst possible time? Is there a way to avoid it?
