all’estero.
Gli inizi partono dal mondo moda. Cosa ti ha fatto innamorare del ci-
nema?
In realtà devo ammettere che da piccola sognavo di fare il medico.
Quando nel 1997 mi classificai quinta alla 52° edizione di Miss Italia la
mia prospettiva verso il futuro cambiò.
Deborah, nota casa di cosmesi italiana per la quale diventai testimo-
nial, mi aprì le porte del regno del fashion e per tre anni mi trovai ad
essere il volto di diversi prodotti make up non solo nel nostro paese
ma pure all’estero. Per un periodo sono stata showgirl come “letteri-
na di Passaparola”, poi conduttrice televisiva per sky. Ho capito che la
recitazione era la mia strada dopo aver girato un cortometraggio du-
rante il quale mi sono divertita tantissimo. Quello è stato l’inizio di un
percorso fatto anche di studio con lezioni di dizione del grande Dani-
lo Ghezzi che hanno portato, di seguito, ad uno spettacolo a Milano.
Capitale del mondo fashion e non solo.
Una rappresentazione teatrale purtroppo attuale, ma con una visione
diversa. Non ti spaventa l’impatto sul pubblico femminile?
La prima volta che ho letto il copione mi sono fermata a riflettere,
sulla storia, sul personaggio ed inevitabilmente sulle implicazioni che si
sarebbero innescate portando questa commedia davanti agli occhi
della gente.
Io ho due ruoli, uno è legato alla giustizia. Ecco, io credo che delle

You started in the fashion world. What made you fall in love
with the cinema?
Actually, I have to admit that as a child I dreamed of being a
doctor. When I ranked fifth in 1997 at the 52nd edition of Miss
Italia, my perspective on the future changed.
Deborah, a famous Italian cosmetics company which I endorsed,
opened the doors to the fashion kingdom for me and for three
years I was the face for different make-up products, not only in
our country but also abroad. For a while I was a showgirl like
"Letterina di Passaparola", then a television host for sky. I realized
that acting was my path after shooting a short film during which I
had a lot of fun doing. That was the beginning of a career also
made of study with diction lessons by the great Danilo Ghezzi
that led, then, to a show in Milan. In the capital of the fashion
world, and not only.
A theatrical representation unfortunately current, but with a
different vision. Does the impact on the female public scare you?
The first time I read the script, I stopped to reflect on the story,
on the character and inevitably on the implications that would
have triggered bringing this comedy before the eyes of people.
I have two roles, one is related to justice.
I believe that sometimes justice sees with particular eyes the
