Staff , residents and contractors gathered to celebrate the placing of the final roof tile on Optivo ’ s new Extra Care scheme in Medway . Rogallo Place in Horsted Park will bring 63 new homes for older residents , with specialist onsite care if it ’ s needed . A second Medway extra care scheme , Atlas Place , is planned at St Mary ’ s Island .
