HI, I AM FELICIA YARBER FELICIA YARBER CULINARY ARTS I started at Carlos Rosario in the Fall of last year. This has been the most amazing experience of my lifetime. I came here with a goal of becoming a personal chef but as I continued on my journey, I started learning things quickly and I was amazed by some of the things I didn’t know like food safety, how to correctly defrost, and how to handle food, period. I had an amazing teacher, Jason Story. He made me focus and persevere. He taught me how to never give up. I had a short break in my 2nd year here due to some financial difficulties but nonetheless, I have returned and I am determined to finish. My goals have changed—I now want to be a chef on a cruise ship and Carlos Rosario promised me that they will walk me all the way to that ship. I am back to take my last step toward that goal. I love everything about my experience and the staff is amazing. Thank you, Carlos Rosario! 47
