FELIPE BOCH MICROSOFT OFFICE APPLICATIONS GO TO SCHOOL? FOR WHAT? These are some phrases I heard from people who didn’t want to go to school to learn English as a Second Language. They didn’t want others to learn, either. I have been studying at Carlos Rosario since 2015. I started taking ESL 6 in the morning. After this, I switched to the evening, studying ServSafe and then ESL 7, 8, and Vocabulary. And now I 42 am taking MOA, which means Microsoft Office Applications. What would happen if I had been influenced by negative comments? I understand going to work and going to school is not easy; it’s a challenge, a BIG challenge that people with a desire to over- come can undertake. In the workplace, they prefer people who can speak 2 or more languages. People with at least 2 languages can soon become the next boss. In my case, I have a new position as Supervisor in my workplace. I am grate- ful to Carlos Rosario. Moreover, students at Carlos Rosario can get a lot of help in different areas. All the teach- ers and personnel who work here are very good people.
